She was incredibly patient with us, gave us the space we needed to figure things out, appeared at just the right moment when we had questions, and we never felt the slightest pressure to purchase anything. The facility is much larger than we remember and they have a wide variety of styles on the floor which helps people like me who need to see and feel furniture. And I'm not going to lie, the complimentary beverage options, while not necessary, is a really nice touch. Great experience from start to finish. I've been going to Talsma for my furniture searches for years now. Every time I come up with something specific I'm trying to find, I've always been able to find exactly something that fits my specifications, and after a few years of use for each piece I've purchased, have continued to be happy with my purchases. My most recent experience was way above and beyond: searching for something sturdy that looked nice as well, but was very specific dimensions for a 32 gallon fish tank. I was searching everywhere for something that would work for this fish tank, and it wasn't until I went to Talsma Furniture that I finally found the perfect match. Was able to find the most beautiful end table (Elm), and later was back to purchase an incredibly comfortable chair to go next to it so I can spend hours reading a book in my (now) favorite chair next to my aquarium in my study. Every time I've gone to Talsma, the staff has been fantastic at listening to what I had in mind, and coming up with many great options to consider. They are very customer-oriented, and not at all pushy towards making sales. The quality of their furniture sell themselves. Every single piece of furniture I've bought here has been reasonably priced, yet high quality, and it shows in how they've held up after years of use. I'm convinced that in the furniture world, you get what you pay for. Go to Talsma. You won't regret it!
