We cannot say enough good things about Mel. She was incredibly patient with us, gave us the space we needed to figure things out, appeared at just the right moment when we had questions, and we never felt the slightest pressure to purchase anything. The facility is much larger than we remember and they have a wide variety of styles on the floor which helps people like me who need to see and feel furniture. And I'm not going to lie, the complimentary beverage options, while not necessary, is a really nice touch. Great experience from start to finish. Now we will pray that the new couch makes it before graduation!
