| Hibernation in Michigan |
![]() Winter to most of us in West Michigan seems too long. Days are gray and cold and sometimes the only thing that sounds good is curling up in bed.
However, winter can be a special time in our state. They say, "just do it!" Just put on the warm clothes and go to one of our state or local parks and enjoy a walk through nature. It will be a totally different experience than any other time of year. I enjoy taking a ride out to Lake Michigan and looking at the iceberg formations or walking along the frozen beach. Time spent doing so can be a true "man vs. nature" experience. So whatever your favorite place in West Michigan is, get out there! See it in real life, during the winter, enjoy the beauty. The days are getting longer and before you know it spring will be here. If you are one of the Michiganders in hibernation, do it comfortably on a new mattress set. Can we help? ( 4 Votes ) |
